I began my fitness journey as a teenager, driven by insecurities and constant comparison to unrealistic standards. Like many, I tried quick fixes, from fat burners to crash diets, but nothing brought lasting results. During university, a sedentary lifestyle and part-time office job left me feeling unfulfilled. While I embraced opportunities to travel and connect with people from around the world, my fitness consistency wavered.
At 22, severe back pain led me to rehabilitation and medical advice to avoid strength training. Defying the odds, I returned to consistent training, and within three months, my back pain disappeared—proving to me that Movement is Medicine. This pivotal moment fuelled my decision to transform my passion into a purpose.
Moving to London was a turning point, where I embraced independence, achieved my personal training certification, and gained valuable experience coaching clients in person and teaching group classes. My career then took me to Mallorca, where I worked at a prestigious gym training high-end clients and hosted first bootcamp on a luxurious villa. Leading a group and creating the most engaging and effective workouts for them was a defining experience. Eventually, I returned back to my family to Slovakia, where I found my true calling: empowering women worldwide through online fitness coaching.
Fitness has shaped not just my body but my mindset, self-discipline, and confidence. Today, I’m on a mission to help women prioritize themselves, embrace movement, and unlock their best potential—because exercising is never just about the workout; it’s about transforming your life.
