  • How do I join MBP coaching?

Joining is simple! First, fill out the application form. Then, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your goals and determine if the MBP program is the right fit for you. If we move forward, you’ll receive a welcome email with a payment link, and gain access to my app immediately. Within 3 days, I’ll complete your personalized workout and nutrition plans, and we’ll have an onboarding call to guide you through everything you need to start successfully.

  • How do I get charged for MBP program?

The program is a monthly subscription-based program starting from 220 euros per month. MBP 1:1 online fitness coaching is premier service providing personal development, centered about health/fitness/well being/confidence/consistency and it is the investment which WILL CHANGE your life for life.

  • How do I cancel?

The minimum commitment period is 3 months. I have many clients continuing in the 1:1 coaching even after the initial 3 months and I encourage you to do the same to achieve complete lifestyle transformation. For the cancelation you must email me 1 month prior your next charging date. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • Who is online fitness coaching for?

The MBP program is designed for women of all fitness levels—whether you’re a beginner, advanced, or stuck on a plateau. Each workout and nutrition plan is fully customized to fit your lifestyle, with adjustments for gym sessions, home workouts, or even training during work trips.

  • Is each workout different?

Repeating the same workouts each week during a phase is key for tracking progress, mastering technique, and building strength or endurance through consistent effort. It allows your body to adapt to specific demands, ensuring steady improvements before transitioning to the next phase. However, workouts can be adjusted any time due to injury, change of goals, frequency of training, added activity etc.

  • What are the workout splits?

Your workout splits are based on your goals, areas to improve, and the number of days you commit to training each week. Each plan is customized to suit your needs and optimize your progress.

  • Is the MBP program available worldwide?

Yes! That’s the beauty of online fitness coaching—I can work with you no matter where you are. The program is flexible and accessible, allowing us to connect and tailor your plan to your needs, no matter your location or lifestyle.
